As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), I work with leaders navigating growth, transition, and the complexity of intentional leadership. My master's thesis on coaching practices for employee performance planted a seed years before I understood where it would grow.
I understand the pressures leaders face because I have lived them. My approach combines Co-Active methodology with real-world business context, because transformation has to work in the room where decisions actually get made.
